TCS, Infosys combined headcount dips 35,000 in subdued Q3
TCS and Infosys reported a combined headcount reduction of 35,000 in Q3 compared to the year-ago period. TCS’s headcount decreased by 10,669 and Infosys’s headcount decreased by 24,182. TCS’s headcount decreased by 5,680 sequentially, while Infosys’s headcount decreased by 6,101. TCS ended the fiscal third quarter with 603,305 employees. Infosys’s headcount dip took the total headcount to 322,663.
