Resso to shut in India on January 31
Resso, a music streaming app owned by ByteDance, will shut down its service in India on January 31, 2023. The app was earlier removed from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store following an order by the Indian government. Resso said it had not received any notices from the government and did not elaborate on the local market conditions that led to its decision to exit India.
