POSCO to build rare gas production plant in Gwangyang to localize production. The plant will have an annual capacity of 130,000 normal cubic meters of rare gases, which accounts for 52% of local chipmaking demand. POSCO will hold a 75.1% stake in the joint factory, and the Chinese firm will obtain the remainder.
