Dare Ogunbowale, a running back for the Houston Texans, became the first non-kicker to make a regular-season field goal in 19 years when he nailed a 22-yarder in the fourth quarter of a 37-39 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ogunbowale made the kick while filling in for injured teammate Ka’imi Fairbairn.
