Eastern Visayas and Caraga: cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides possible due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country: partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.
Wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon: moderate to strong moving in the northeast to east direction. Coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Rest of the country: light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east with slight to moderate.
